Too inconsistent and sometimes outright not good. I would usually come here for taro boba, but the tapioca quality varies wildly and 75% sweetness is never the same when I order it. Today it meant having no taro in my taro drink. When I asked them about it, they said it was because I ordered less sweet and taro is pretty sweet. Baffling. I'd recommend going to a different store.

I was really disappointed with my experience at Quickly. They advertise fresh drinks, but that wasn’t what I received. I ordered a chocolate milk tea expecting it to be made fresh, but instead I watched the employee scoop the drink out of a large bucket that had been stored in a refrigerator. It didn’t taste fresh, and it definitely didn’t seem freshly made. The boba was also a huge letdown because it was overcooked, overly soft, and sticky instead of having that chewy, springy bounce that good boba should have. If you’re going to advertise fresh drinks, the quality should match those claims. Based on my experience, the drink and the boba both fell well below my expectations, and I don’t plan on returning.

I just ordered my bubble tea. I ordered two,a taro milk tea with tapioca pearls,size large. J also ordered a peach milk tea with mango poppers,regular. The actual teas were OK but my large taro was the same size as the regular and usually I'm not one to complain too much but there is about a 2 dollar difference in size I spent 14 dollars on this for what should have cost 11. No i don't care that much it just upsets me that basic knowledge is just gone. It's not that hard to read a screen.

Quickly Boba Cafe in Troy has a lot of options, especially if you're looking for drinks without dairy. They offer coconut milk and several drinks that don't contain milk, which is great if you're avoiding it. They also have a menu with fried food if you want something to snack on with your drink. Overall a good spot to stop by if you're in the area and looking for boba with a variety of options.

We love this place! The menu keeps on expanding, and there are so many caffeine free options for my kiddos! We tried the mochi waffles for the first time! The taro, Oreo, and Nutella flavors. .... And would you look at the size of the large?!?!? My kids couldn't get over the fact that it was as big as my head. As is the trend for boba cafes, they have plenty of kids games to choose from and plenty of comfortable seating. It doesn't feel cramped at all. BONUS- The staff gives your kiddo, a marker and a sticky note and is displaying all of the artwork which I think is a wonderful idea. They also sell the cutest little plush keychains. This is our fourth trip here and we definitely keep coming back
